Refaseafood.com has been designed for delivery services of seafood products. These Terms and Conditions apply to you as a client for online ordering.


By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. REFA seafood trading L.L.C only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Subject to applicable legal regulations in force, we may, in our discretion, from time to time amend or otherwise modify the Terms and Conditions of Use. We recommend that you carefully read, each time you order online, the Terms and Conditions as they may affect your rights.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of REFA seafood trading L.L.C, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the REFA’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

Online order and payment

Once you have selected your order from the menu, you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the C button. Please note it is important that you check the information you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “ORDER” button. On receipt of your order, REFA seafood will begin processing your order and we will send a Mail on the final page that your order has been received. Certain orders may take up to 24 hours for delivery as we may need time for processing specially for fresh seafood orders. You will be notified by phone call, text or email accordingly.

Payment can be made by cash on delivery, card payment on delivery (coming soon), and card payment online (coming soon). Where any payment you make online is not authorized, you will be returned to the previous page on the website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.

While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information and we will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

Once the order is confirmed, the user may be able to cancel the order within 30 minutes through “contact us” panel with the reference number of the order. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
